Delivery Information
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days, provided there is stock on hand. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and will always do our best to maximize customer satisfaction. If delays occur, we’ll keep you updated via email with all the relevant information.
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a delivery notice and tracking number via email. This tracking number can be used to check the delivery status and estimated arrival time of your package.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery typically takes between 2–7 working days depending on your location:
- To KZN: 1–2 working days
- To Main Centres (Cape Town, JHB, Pretoria): 2–3 working days
- To Regional Areas: 3–5 working days
- To Remote Areas: 5–7 working days
For urgent deliveries, custom shipping times and rates can be arranged on request.

At AfricaBoyz, we integrate with The Courier Guy API, which automatically finds the most affordable shipping options for your delivery. Overnight options are also available at adjusted rates.
