Description of Goods and Services

AfricaBoyz Online operates in the automotive spare parts industry, supplying new aftermarket products, as well as used parts stripped from accident-damaged vehicles.

Delivery Policy

Products are subject to availability. Once payment has been confirmed, orders will be shipped within 1–2 working days. Delivery times may vary by region and can take between 2–7 days post-processing. Customers will receive tracking details via email once the order is dispatched.

AfricaBoyz Online uses The Courier Guy for deliveries. Insurance on parcels must be requested prior to payment for an updated shipping fee. We are not liable for damages caused during transit.

Important: Door glass and windscreen glass are shipped at your own risk and cannot be insured.

Pricing / Product Policy

All prices are subject to change based on availability, supplier costs, and stock quantity. Images are for reference only — actual products may differ slightly due to manufacturer variations or product updates.

Returns and Refund Policy

If an item is unavailable, AfricaBoyz Online will issue a full refund within 1–2 working days (shipping costs excluded). Funds can take up to 24–48 hours to reflect depending on your bank.

Refunds are only issued for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. Electrical products are not returnable. Please see our Return Policy for full details.

Customer Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously and will protect your personal information in accordance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).
