Return Policy

Products may be returned if they are defective, damaged, or are incorrectly supplied.

If the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, it must be reported as soon as possible (Within 24 hours of product delivery).

There are no returns or refunds on any electrical products. 

Goods that are not returned in their original packaging, do not qualify for a monetary return.

Goods that were correctly supplied, and then returned by the customer - the customer is liable for a refund less the cost to return back to our facility.

No goods will be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery. 

Refunds can take 5 – 7 working days to process.(Once confirmed, funds can take up to 24-48 hours to reflect in your account once processed due to banking timelines)

Please ensure that you are 100% certain that the supplied part is usable in your vehicle. If you have any doubt, please contact us and we will confirm whether that part is suitable or not.
