Return Policy

Products may be returned if they are defective or incorrectly supplied.

If the product received is defective or incorrect, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a return.

Please note: There are no returns or refunds on any electrical products, or any goods that are damaged or not in their original state.

Goods that are not returned in their original packaging will not qualify for a monetary return.

Goods that were correctly supplied (confirmed by sample picture) and later returned by the customer are subject to a 20% handling fee plus the cost of shipping the goods back to our facility.

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery. Any special return requests accepted after this period will still be charged a 20% handling fee plus return shipping.

Refunds can take 5–7 working days to process. Once processed, funds can take an additional 24–48 hours to reflect depending on your bank.
